pyTranscriber是一款经常收到大家推荐的开源字幕生成软件，一般用于音频和视频的字幕生成。

使用后发现，其调用了google的翻译服务，需要梯子才能使用，而软件开全局代理有时候也不太管用。

故给pyTranscriber添加了代理功能，并提交了PR（已并入主分支）。
